EPM is a training and placement program. We teach you the clinical and business side of medical device sales in a 6-week course built by industry veterans, then we connect you directly with 30+ hiring partners and advocate for you personally until you're hired. After that, you join a community of former athletes who've made the same jump — and we stay in your corner for your whole career.

HOW EPM WORKS
Step 1
Intro Call (this week). Apply and book a call with an EPM team member who's made this transition. We'll walk you through the program and figure out - together —- if you're a fit.
Step 2
The EPM Course (6 weeks, self-paced). Video modules, clinical education, and live weekly calls with Telly, surgeons, and top reps. Graduate with the knowledge to compete for roles at the best companies in the industry.
Step 3
Placement & Interview Prep (weeks, not months). We connect you with hiring partners across our network, prep you for every interview round, and personally advocate for you. Our goal: your first offer.
Step 4
Lifelong Network. You join 100+ former athletes building careers across the industry. The locker room doesn't end when you get hired.

Q: Do I need to have played professionally?
No. Most of our community played college sports — 15+ sports across 40+ universities. If you competed at the college level or above, you qualify.
Q: Do I need a medical or science background?
No. The 6-week course exists precisely to give you that. You bring the work ethic; we bring the clinical education, the vocabulary, and the network.
Q: I've been out of sports for a few years — am I too late?
No. We've placed athletes straight out of school and athletes years into other careers. The intro call is where we map your specific path.
