The talks are designed to help student-athletes explore career opportunities in the medical device industry and provide valuable insights on transitioning from athletics to a professional career.

Each session will feature a panel that includes a representative from the medical device industry and a member of Elite Performance Medical (EPM) to provide a comprehensive perspective on career paths.

Topics may include the career landscape in medical device sales, necessary skills and qualifications, networking tips, and personal experiences from professionals in the field. Student Athletes will hear from real reps about what their day to day looks like and the challenges faced within the industry.

Yes, there will be a fee to cover the cost of the event, as well as travel expenses for the speakers. Detailed pricing information will be provided upon registration.

In addition to the panel discussions, EPM provides ongoing mentorship, access to industry resources, and career coaching to help athletes successfully transition into the medical device sales field. If Student Athletes decide to join EPM, they will become part of a community of other athletes pursuing this career.

EPM is built by former athletes. We can speak the language of athletes and help them understand what it is they will be tasked with in the industry on a deeper level because of the way we can explain it through sports.
