Telly Fricke

Meet founder and CEO Wellington “Telly” Fricke with a passion for orthopedics and athletics. His diverse background includes being an All-Ohio and POY High School point guard, leading to a Division II scholarship. Possessing 10 years of professional sales experience; 7 years in Orthopedic Med Device independently growing 5+ lines in major health care markets of Atlanta, GA and Tampa, FL. 

In this time period Telly has achieved;

  • National Rep of The Year 

  • Lower Extremity Rep of The Year 

  • YoY Growth of 87% (2022) 

  • Catered, nurtured and built long lasting trusting professional relationships with 60+ MDs/DPMs.

  • Established consistent working relationships in 50+ hospitals and 25+ ASCs.

  • Partnered with FL Orthopedic Institute surgeons at Tampa General Hospital - Nationally recognized as Leading Level 1 Trauma Facility 

  • Successfully advanced, trained and placed a handful of entry level associate reps.

Taking pride in these accomplishments, Telly has also built a real estate portfolio including 10+ properties with his partner of 5 years, former NFL Veteran, Michael Stone. Outside of his heavy business focus, Telly enjoys spending time with his large immediate family and two exotic cats (Stormy and Pablo). When home in Tampa or Atlanta, his free time is spent lifting weights, cooking, bronzing at the beach, and driving his supercar and motorcycle. When having the luxury of visiting his Ohio childhood roots, he enjoys being active in nature, riding four-wheelers, shooting clay pigeons, and playing competitive card games. 

Telly's competitive nature and strong passion for sports and orthopedics, led to his partnership with two former professional athletes in search of a sustainable solution to recurring obstacles in these two niche industries. As a well diversified 3-headed monster EPM takes pride in catering to professional athletes and orthopedic surgeons.
